Most of our mats are produced in limited quantities and, once sold out, are retired and do not come back. We occasionally bring back a favorite in a new color way, but exact designs are generally not restocked unless stated.

We want you to love your mats! Each Four Winds Social mat features an artist-created design, and slight variations or minor imperfections may occur during manufacturing. Unless an imperfection significantly affects gameplay or the overall design, exchanges, refunds, or other compensation are offered at Four Winds Social’s discretion.

Preorders are considered final sale and cannot be canceled once placed, as production is based on preorder quantities.

Due to the limited nature of our products, all sales are generally final unless your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect.

Yes! Every Four Winds Social mat arrives rolled, inside a protective plastic sleeve, and packaged in our branded canvas carrying bag.

Yes! Because our mats are shipped rolled, they typically flatten quickly after unrolling. If needed, simply leave it unrolled for a short time before playing.

Neoprene is a flexible material that needs a little time to air out, “breathe,” and relax after being tightly rolled for an extended period. Your mat’s stitched edges may not lay completely flat straight out of the package. Allow it to rest flat; the edges typically settle with time and regular use.

We recommend storing your mat rolled or laid flat when not in use. This helps maintain its shape and keeps the neoprene backing in excellent condition.

Folding can permanently crease the neoprene rubber backing and may cause cracking over time, especially if the mat is exposed to heat.

Extended exposure to heat, especially inside a vehicle, can damage the neoprene backing and affect the overall integrity of the mat.

Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap as needed. Allow the mat to air dry completely before rolling it up. Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, or machine drying.
